About us

Who we are

GMFM was founded in September 2018 in response to the many vulnerable children attending our children’s Bible study club. HIV/AIDS has killed many parents, leaving their orphans vulnerable, homeless, destitute, and struggling to survive. These children have no access to food, clean water, suitable clothing, medical care, or hygiene practices, increasing the chances of life-threatening malnutrition and disease. In addition, with no shelter or adult guardianship, they face the inevitability of recurring violent exploitation from thieves and abusers. Lastly, lack of access to education equates to a future with no chance of improvement…leaving them starving not just for food, but for compassion and hope.

It is into these young lives that GMFM steps in. Our orphanage ministry is caring for these precious children to give them each a bright future and a new hope found in Christ. The ministry provides for the physical basic needs of the children in a safe and nurturing environment where they can be a part of a family structure and grow alongside their friends and peers. In addition, we attend to their educational needs, making it possible for them to not only attend school but also learn basic life skills and vocational professions. Lastly, and most importantly, we share the hope of the gospel, teaching these children the Word of God to transform their hearts and minds and give them a forever future.

Mission Statement

To follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with vulnerable and orphan children to promote human transformation, seek justice, and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God

GMFM Vision and Goals

  1. Train, equip, and disciple children with the word of God.
  2. Teach the truth of the Word of God to all nations.
  3. Equip the vulnerable and orphan children to be witnesses of Jesus Christ by life, word, and example, thus encouraging people to respond to the gospel.
  4. Meet the physically critical needs of the vulnerable children (i.e., medical assistance, food support, education assistance, clothes and bedding, and other life-giving necessities).
  5. Help the vulnerable and orphan children fully develop and become responsible, fulfilled adults and church leaders.
  6. Partner with churches, organizations, communities, and individuals locally and internationally to contribute to the spiritual and social transformation of the children.

Our Core Values

Primary Ministry

Our primary ministry shares the love and life-transforming message of Christ with vulnerable children by providing food, school fees, medical expenses, clothes, and other necessities to children without families.

Currently, GMFM is meeting the spiritual, physical, educational, and emotional needs of 96 children, sharing the love of Jesus with them in practical ways that create lasting impact.
