My name is Wesonga Edwine from Uganda – Africa. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and accepted Him as my Lord and Savior since December 16, 2008 when I was a very young man.
I was brought up from a Christian and God fearing family as an adopted son since I became a total orphan at 6 years old.
I have lived all my life with a deep passion to learn more about Christ and how best I can faithfully serve Him.
I have served Christ as Children’s Sunday school teacher for 08 years and I went through several trainings. I have been a youth Pastor for 5 years and currently serving as an associate Pastor for 4 years now.
I am the founder and director of Great Mission Foundation Ministries since 2018.
God called me to serve Him through teaching His word and ministering to the vulnerable and orphan children since 2018 and currently ministering to 96 children under the Orphanage ministry.
It is my mile stone to build a very healthy ministry here in Uganda that shall keep reflecting the image of Christ and attract many souls to Christ. We need to build a sound doctrine Church, Orphanage school and a medical center as one of the property of GMFM.
God has been so good that he keep blessing us and enabling us to get some help to feed our children and construction work.
Last week God blessed us with some food support through Dr Shane Robertson.
I hold a bachelor’s degree of theology from Uganda Baptist Seminary Jinja.
I like playing with children, listening to Gospel worship songs, teaching the word of God, playing volleyball and visiting places.
